Unique application numbers — certain services include a unique application number and information about your installation (for example operating system type and application version number).

Our website, apps, and related services interact and connect with third-party platforms. By using our website, apps, and related services you consent to this.

These platforms are operated by a third party and as such are not controlled by VidSoftLab. You should read their terms of service and privacy policy to understand how they use your personal information.

We may share your personal information with your contacts on social media networks where applicable. You may stop this by changing settings at the third-party provider, although some functions and features may not work if you do.

8. Advertisement in Application

We use Google AdMob SDK for advertisements in our applications. There could be errors in the programming and sometimes programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Specific retention periods are as follows:

Generated videos: Retained for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently deleted from Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
User prompts: Retained for 90 days from submission, then permanently deleted.
Guest user data: Deleted after 30 days of inactivity, including the Firebase Anonymous UID and associated content.
Crash logs: Retained for 90 days (Sentry default retention period).
Server logs (IP addresses): Retained for 30 days, then purged or anonymized.
Registered account data: Retained while your account remains active, and for up to 90 days after deletion to allow for recovery, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

10. How We Protect Your Personal Information

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We employ administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. No security measures are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use.

11. Links from Our Services

Our website, apps, and related services may contain links to other websites of interest. Once you have used these links, note that we do not control that other website. We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide while visiting such sites, and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. 12. GenVid Studio — Confirmed Product Behavior

The following GenVid Studio behaviors are confirmed in current product documentation and are included here for transparency. Retention periods for generated videos, prompts, guest data, and accounts are governed by the Data Retention section above.

Users may use guest access or sign in with Apple or Google.
AI video generation is processed using Runway as the AI provider.
Source images are not stored.
Generated videos are stored; retention follows the Data Retention section (including 90 days after account deletion for generated videos, and guest-user deletion after 30 days of inactivity).
User prompts are retained according to the Data Retention section (90 days from submission).
Generations consume credits. Cost depends on model and settings. Exact cost is shown before generation. Credits are offered as one-time consumable packs. Failed generations do not deduct credits.

This section does not invent compliance certifications, encryption guarantees, data-residency claims, or pricing details.
