What data can be deleted?
You can request deletion of your GenVid Studio account and associated data, including applicable account records and generated media stored by our services.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes. Any applicable retention and its duration will be explained in our Privacy Policy.
Verification and processing
Your Account ID helps us locate the account, but it does not by itself prove ownership. Submitting a valid ID initiates the documented deletion request and may make the account inaccessible.
